Once your parcel is received, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you've got 21 days to return it. We'll give you your money back free of charge or you can exchange it for another product. We can also issue a non-expiring credit note that can be used for future purchases at our online store. Returns must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, and all labels attached. When making a return, please include your purchase invoice.

To initiate the return's process: write us at hola@isladeloboswimwear.com indicating which garment you want to return and which one you want to receive in exchange (or money back or credit note). We will reply within 24hrs to help you coordinate the next step.

Spain, Europe and UK

We will coordinate with you a convenient time slot for DHL to pick up your package at your indicated address. Once the parcel is received, we will proceed with the new shipping request or send your money back or issue a credit note. The money refund will be done via the same payment method you used at the time of making your purchase.

 

In Spain: we refund the full order value, including the delivery and return cost.

In Europe and UK: we will refund the full order value including the delivery cost on orders above €300,00. If your order is below €300,00 we will refund the full order value excluding the delivery cost. The return cost will be borne by the buyer. If you prefer, you can make one exchange free of charge. Once this benefit has been used, the pickup cost and new shipping will be borne by the buyer.

You need to send your parcel back to the following address: Carrer Muntaner 460, 5to 1ra, (08006), Barcelona, Spain. Please ensure you keep a safe copy of your tracking number/ delivery proof as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has not arrived to our premises. Once the parcel is received, we will proceed with your refund. We will refund the full order value excluding the delivery cost. If you prefer, you can make one exchange free of charge. Once this benefit has been used, the pickup cost and new shipping will be borne by the buyer. The money refund will be done via the same payment method used at the time of making your purchase.
