1. Terms of Use

Any user who accesses the domains of www.isladeloboswimwear.com is subject to the conditions of use presented in this document. Please read the following conditions carefully.

All the contents of www.isladeloboswimwear.com are the exclusive property of ISLA DE LOBOS (hereinafter “IDL”) including reproductions of the articles, graphic design, logos, images, texts, illustrations, photographs and other distinctive signs, as well as the software of operation and development of this website.

The reproduction, distribution, communication and any other act of exploitation, in any format that has not been expressly granted by the holder of the exploitation rights, are expressly prohibited. IDL does not grant any authorization of use on its intellectual property rights or any other property related to the products presented here.

4. Availability of Products

All product orders are subject to availability. In this sense, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order those substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

5. Resale and Distribution

This channel of purchase is restricted to consumers or final recipients of the products, therefore being prohibited any professional activity of reselling, agency or distribution of the products purchased.

6. Social Networks and Advertising

IDL informs customers and users that the brand has a profile on different Social Networks. The user who becomes a fan or follower of any of these groups or profiles, thus showing interest in the information that is published in said profiles, accepts the conditions of use and privacy policy of the Corresponding Social Network.

The client or user may join the groups or profiles that IDL has on the different social networks at no cost. IDL will be able to access and process that public information of the User, specifically, their contact name. These data will only be used within the Social Network itself and will not be processed for external purposes, unless otherwise indicated. The user will be able to access at all times the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy and data processing.

Using the Profile

IDL will carry out the following actions:

Access to public information.
Publication of user content within the relevant conditions.
Send individual messages through the Social Network channels, as long as it is allowed.
Updates to the status of the page that will be displayed in the user's profile.

IDL reserves the right to hold contests and promotions on its social networks and its website, in which users can participate provided they are joined and registered with IDL. The bases of each of them will be made public through the conditions relevant to each promotion.

IDL Advertising

In the event that it is decided to treat the contact data of IDL users for direct or indirect actions by third parties, this point would be dealt with in the bases. IDL users and clients should consult the privacy policies of each of the environments where advertising takes place, in force at all times.

7. International Rates of Import Rights of Goods

All products sold through our website and / or Social Networks may be subject to import duties. These rates depend directly on the destination country. In no case will IDL take over these rates, and they must be paid directly by the client in due time and form. If the client rejects the payment of the corresponding taxes, the merchandise will be returned to IDL. In this case, IDL will refund the purchase amount except for the shipping amount.

8. Jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfillment or resolution of this contract will be submitted to the Jurisdiction and Competition of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona, waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to the user, provided that the applicable legislation allows it.
